This 10,000 square foot project will significantly expand and transform an existing industrial building to meet the new needs of its owners. The proposed concept is based on an architectural treatment of the facade which favors the entry of light while giving the project a dynamic image, for a new head office well suited to its functions.

From the entrance, visitors enter a large double-story atrium in which certain machines that are available for rent are showcased. This space is not only an interesting architectural space, it also acts as an showroom.

The extension to the existing building provides better visibility from the access roads and the adjacent highway.
