The building layout is designed to maximize the number of units and provide green spaces and an interior courtyard. The selection of colors and materials offers a strong and interesting contrast in order to ground the building and to offer weightlessness on the rest of the floors. The interior sections and secluded areas are represented by the use of wood. The overall effect is a sober and contemporary façade, fueled by landscaping gestures that directs movement and energizes the ground space.
